Isla and the Happily Ever After- Stephanie Perkins | Review

Book: Isla and the Happily Ever After
Series: Anna and the French Kiss #3
Author:  Stephanie Perkins
Rating: 5 Stars!

Because this is Stephanie Perkins I think we all expected nothing less than perfect. And I think we can all agree that is what we got: Perfect. In my opinion there really is no point in me writing this because everyone should already know how amazing this book is! (getting a little over excited rn)

Usually when I read contemporary/romance where the characters instantly fall in love and are already in a relationship a few chapters in, I complain it happened to quick. I mean the whole instant love thing isn't very romantic is it?
But somehow Stephanie makes the quick romance romantic. I actually liked that they were in a relationship so quickly, because every book in this series has a different type of romance.

Speaking of romance, how is a book even aloud to be this cute?! Seriously, Stephanie Perkins writes the best scenes. And even though the relationship happens quickly, it still has it's ups and downs and it's still spectacular!

The characters, of course, were perfect. I had so much fun getting to know Josh and being back at SOAP just made me so happy. I really liked Isla's character as well. She's often described as shy but really she seemed quite confident, either that or she's just super comfortable around Josh which is pretty adorable.

Not only do we reunite with SOAP we also reunite with all the other characters! (Anna, St. Clair, Meredith, Lola, Cricket) I thought/hoped that they would have a slightly bigger part than they did. But Stephanie made up for that by writing them the cutest scene ever!

This is definitely one of my favourite book in the series. So go read it if you haven't yet!
If you have read then yay go you! Let me know what you thought!
